Description Role Overview
We are seeking a
Technical Program / Product Manager II to support the
Transportation Risk & Compliance (TRC) Field organization. This role will support audit and monitoring initiatives within transportation services, partnering closely with global business, product, and engineering teams.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical fundamentals, program management experience, and the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while delivering business-critical reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on program management support across multiple initiatives
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate business and compliance reporting across a global team
- Drive program execution in a highly ambiguous environment with minimal guidance
- Lead and participate in daily meetings and business reviews with internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with regional points of contact to support Transportation Risk & Compliance operations
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure program alignment and delivery
- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders

Requirements Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in program or product management
- Background in transportation, trade, or supply chain domains
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Technical proficiency including:
- SQL (required)
- Java (required)
- Ability to manage programs across diverse, global teams
- Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and evolving priorities
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience working with global, cross-functional teams
- Minimum 3 years of strong program management experience
- Previous experience in similar large-scale enterprise environments
