Location: Nashville, TN OR Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Employment Type: 8 month contract
PAY RATE: $51 - $55 HOURLY
Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to support global transportation, trade, and food safety operations. This role focuses on risk management, audit and monitoring tool adoption, and automation, acting as a technical bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. This position operates in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment that requires significant ownership and daily collaboration across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on technical program management across multiple initiatives.
- Collect and support business reporting across global teams.
- Drive the adoption of audit and monitoring tools.
- Define technical requirements and create delivery plans.
- Manage escalations and balance business needs against technical tradeoffs.
- Participate in daily stakeholder and working meetings.
- Partner with technical and non-technical teams to drive project execution.
Required Qualifications
Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in technical program management or software delivery is required. A minimum of 3 years in a strong program management background is necessary.
Technical Skills: A solid technical foundation is required, including proficiency in SQL and Java, along with a familiarity with AI-assisted tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in transportation, trade, supply chain, or food safety.
- A proven track record of delivering software or technical products from end-to-end.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-moving organizations.
