>> Deep expertise across the MarTech ecosystem and digital marketing platforms.

>> Strong experience with Adobe MarketingExperience Cloud products.

>> Proven leadership in MarTech transformation, product implementation, and platform modernization.

>> Experience designing and implementing AI-enabled marketing solutions and custom AI applications.

>> Ability to work with business and technology stakeholders to define roadmaps, priorities, and implementation plans.

>> Experience leading architecture, integration, onboarding, and adoption of enterprise marketing platforms.

>> Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and strategic advisory skills.

Requirements:

>> Led enterprise-scale MarTech transformation programs.

>> Worked directly with Marketing, Digital Experience, Customer Engagement, or Marketing Operations organizations.

>> Experience with Adobe ecosystem, AI-enabled marketing platforms, personalization, campaign management, and marketing analytics.

>> Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.

>> Prior consultingadvisory experience with large financial services clients is a plus.
