The candidate must be an established technical leader with excellent strategic outlook and proven track record of delivering technology solutions which optimally meet customer needs.
12+ years of experience in a technical role with hands on experience and proven delivery success. Previous experience architecting solutions that integrate with vendor platforms is highly preferred
Strong leadership skills, at least 6+ years of experience managing global cross-functional teams independently and with minimal oversight
Experience designing and implementing complex multi-tenant technology solutions based on leading market products, preferably in Compliance domains
Proven ability to use strong industry knowledge to understand client needs, design competitive solutions, and successfully partner with multiple clients who are sharing the same technology platform
Excellent trouble-shooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and document the root cause of issues, and effectively communicate and manage possible resolutions
Working knowledge of agile methodologies
Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with cross cultural teams located globally
Willingness to take ownership and accountability to execute and deliver on goals, strong commitment to high quality standards.
