- The FrontEnd Tech Engineer within the Digital Experience ART is responsible for building and enhancing the Universal Ops Service UI on the Neutrinos platform.
- The role focuses on developing intuitive responsive and configurable user interfaces that support operational workflows across case management quotes policy management claims call centre operations travel s and emergency services.
- The position contributes to Project Sirius by delivering scalable UI components seamless integrations and highquality digital user experiences aligned to the global platform architecture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain frontend features for the Universal Ops Service UI using Angular, React JavaScript, TypeScript HTML5 and CSS
- Build reusable UI components and responsive screens to support operational workflows across case management claims policy servicing and service operations
- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and enterprise services to enable seamless user interactions and workflow driven experiences
- Implement configurable and extensible UI capabilities aligned to the Neutrinos platform and Sirius digital experience standards
- Ensure support for multilingual and multigeography user experiences accessibility requirements and secure role based interactions
- Collaborate with Tech Leads Product Owners UX stakeholders and backend teams to deliver high-quality frontend solutions within PODs
- Perform debugging troubleshooting and performance tuning of frontend applications to ensure stability and usability
- Contribute to automated testing code review and CICD practices to maintain delivery quality and release readiness
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with strong handson frontend development experience
- Strong experience in Angular or React mandatory JavaScript, TypeScript HTML5 CSS3
- Experience in responsive UI development reusable component creation and API integration
- Understanding of frontend state management client side routing and secure UI development
Good to Have
- Exposure to Neutrinos platform or similar workflowUI platforms
- Basic Nodejs knowledge for frontend integration support
- Experience in dashboard case management or service operations UI development

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
