- The Front End Tech Lead within the Digital Experience ART is responsible for designing and delivering the Universal Ops Service UI on the Neutrinos platform.
- The role focuses on building web native configurable and extensible user experiences that support operational workflows across case management quotes policy management claims call centre operations travel s and emergency services.
- This position plays a key role in supporting Project Sirius by driving scalable frontend architecture reusable UI patterns accessibility performance and seamless integration with underlying enterprise services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the frontend design and implementation of the Universal Ops Service UI on Neutrinos ensuring a web native modular and extensible user experience
- Drive development using Angular, React JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS ensuring scalability maintainability and consistent design standards
- Define reusable UI components design patterns and frontend architecture to support multifunctional operational journeys such as case management policy servicing claims and call centre workflows
- Collaborate with Integration Core Platform and Data teams to enable seamless API driven experiences and near real-time operational visibility across systems
- Ensure the UI supports multilingual and multigeography requirements role based access control auditability and operational KPI visibility
- Provide technical leadership within the POD including solution design code quality governance performance optimization and mentoring frontend engineers
- Drive frontend quality practices including unit testing accessibility responsive design and alignment with ART quality gates and release cadence
- Enable AI assisted user experiences and workflow driven interactions in alignment with the Sirius architecture and Neutrinos platform capabilities
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 12+ years of overall IT experience Minimum 3 to 5 years in a frontend technical leadership role within enterprise application development
- Strong hands-on experience in Angular or React, JavaScript, TypeScript HTML5, CSS3
- Strong experience in frontend architecture reusable component design and responsive UI engineering
- Experience in REST API integration and microfrontend or modular UI design patterns
- Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization accessibility and secure UI design
Good to Have
- Exposure to Neutrinos platform or similar workflowbased digital experience platforms
- Experience with Nodejs for UI integration orchestration
- Experience with rolebased access control auditability and operational dashboardUI patterns

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
