Title: SAP Basis / Platform Operations Lead
Location: 100% remote

Responsibilities

We are looking for an onshore, hands-on Senior SAP Basis / Platform Operations Lead who can independently manage and troubleshoot production issues while ensuring the stability, availability, and performance of SAP platforms.

The ideal candidate should be capable of coordinating with SAP and AMS teams, strengthening monitoring processes, driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and providing backup coverage for platform administration and assigned operational controls.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administration and Platform Operations.
• Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and SAP RISE.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
• Experience coordinating with SAP, AMS, and cross-functional support teams.
• Strong understanding of system monitoring, performance optimization, and incident management.
• Experience driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
• Experience in SAP platform administration, operational controls, and backup support.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP BRIM.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Charging and Mediation.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP production environments.

Key Expectations:
