Primary alignment with: EUC Desktops & Notebooks, Intune, Device Redeployment, WhiteGlove Support, and Hypercare.
Handson engineers who will execute device imaging, domain transition, profile migration, app installation, and support users during cutover and hypercare.
Capabilities & Requirements Capability Area: Requirements (Quantified Where Possible)
Experience: 5 8 years supporting Windows 10/11; prior experience in 2 3 enterprise migration projects involving 200 700 devices.
Device Imaging: Proficiency with Intune, Autopilot, MDT, or SCCM; ability to image 20 40 devices/day during peak migration.
Intune & Endpoint Security: Ability to configure compliance policies, BitLocker, app deployments; experience with Windows Autopatch.
Domain/M365 Transition: Able to wipe/reimage, domain join, perform Entra hybrid join, reconnect OneDrive, restore profiles.
Application Installation: Knowledge of packaging and installing 20 50 standard enterprise apps + specialized apps (e.g., SolidWorks).
WhiteGlove Support: Support 300 700 users across two waves; knowledgeable with MFA, Teams, Outlook profile repairs.
Troubleshooting: Proficient in resolving AD login, OneDrive sync, Outlook connectivity, printer setup issues.
Communication: Ability to work directly with business teams during deployment & hypercare.
Documentation: Update device checklists, troubleshooting logs, and support documentation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform discovery and validate device inventories.
- Execute device wipe, re-image, join to new domain/Intune.
- Install corporate apps + specialized engineering applications.\
- Assist users with authentication, MFA setup, Teams differences, OneDrive sync.
- Provide deskside support during pilot, migration,
- Capture and escalate issues to PIP PMO/Tower Leads.
