TEKsystems is hiring for a Service Desk Analyst to support their client's end users in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. This role sits 100% onsite in Oshkosh, WI, offering a great opportunity to gain experience and exposure to enterprise IT support.
Open Shifts: - Monday - Friday 5:30a - 2:30p
- Tuesday - Sunday 6:30a - 3:30p
What You'll Be Doing:- Provide first-level support to end users via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot common IT issues including login problems, password resets, hardware/software issues, and basic Windows support
- Create, document, and manage tickets using a ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Escalate issues that cannot be resolved remotely and partner with internal IT teams as needed
- Serve as hands-on support at the site when required
- Deliver strong customer service and clear communication with end users

- Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)
- Active Directory
- ServiceNow
What We're Looking For: - 6+ months experience in a service desk or help desk environment
- Familiarity with troubleshooting Office 365 for end users
- Experience utilizing Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Comfortable supporting users over the phone and documenting issues clearly

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
