Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Senior Program Manager for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Saas clients in San Jose, CA .
Position Overview:
The Program Manager will lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across a high-impact Consumer Trust organization. This role is focused on programmatic strategy, automation, and portfolio optimization across fraud and consumer trust programs. The ideal candidate will drive execution of complex initiatives, support upstream enforcement strategies, and help scale systems and processes that enhance fraud detection and ecosystem integrity.
Responsibilities:
Lead portfolio management across fraud and consumer trust programs, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic objectives
Drive automation and optimization strategies to improve program efficiency, scalability, and impact
Coordinate project plans and provide hands-on project management support across multiple workstreams
Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across Legal, Security, Privacy, Engineering, Product, and Communications
Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics to track program health and surface actionable insights
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence across the program portfolio
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage complex portfolios
Proven experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data and drive decisions
Self-starter who can work independently and proactively identify opportunities for impact
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher
5+ years of experience in program management, fraud strategy, trust & safety, or related domains
Experience managing strategic initiatives across multiple teams or business units
Familiarity with fraud detection, automation tools, and regulatory or compliance frameworks
Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement and organizational dynamics
Ability to operate effectively in a distributed team environment
PMP certification is a plus
