Professional Experience Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience
Proven success managing multiple teams delivering software or product development initiatives (Agile preferred)
Strong track record of managing complex development programs that deliver technical solutions and measurable business impact
Experience working across global, matrixed organizations
Strong technical acumen with the ability to represent the voice of the customer
Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum
Demonstrated ability to develop program artifacts supporting large-scale implementations with concurrent releases
Exposure to or hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

Extensive experience in Agile project management within Internet or FinTech environments
Technical background (e.g., Java, Python, Go, databases) to effectively collaborate with engineering teams
Proven success managing complex development programs that deliver business and customer impact
