Senior Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Senior Analyst to join their team.

Summary:
The individual will be tasked with owning a small to medium subset of a larger initiative for the client, that involves research, using independent judgement, identifying potential opportunities for growth, providing and analyzing quality data, test, learn, and refine recommendations and effectively communicate/present within expectations of project timelines. Analytical ability is required to distinguish multiple components of a problem and develop conclusions using quantitative skills with the ability to effectively communicate projects or initiative findings. This assignment will work in a cross-functional environment supporting respective workstreams and leadership to meet business priorities. Overall, the candidate's responsibility will be to analyze the data behind new store performance and areas of improvement through SQL, building reports (Tableau), and presenting to stakeholders.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
