Role: Project Manager (Website Redesign Sitecore)

Hours: 37.5 hours/week
Duration: 12-15 months
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale website redesign and modernization initiative for a public-sector insurance organization. The project focuses on delivering a modern, accessible, and user-friendly website that supports diverse user groups and enables seamless content management. The engagement includes full lifecycle delivery using Sitecore and Microsoft technologies, within a highly regulated environment requiring strict adherence to security and accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery (planning, execution, go-live)
Manage Agile delivery (2-week sprint cycles, ceremonies)
Coordinate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
Track timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Manage change requests, reporting, and governance
Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and SDLC standards
Required Qualifications
8+ years of IT Project Management experience
Experience delivering website redesign / CMS projects
Strong Agile/Scrum experience
Experience in regulated/public sector environments preferred
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)
Ability to support co-development / peer programming model with client teams
Experience managing Agile delivery aligned with client SDLC practices
Must deliver detailed project schedule and timeline
