Role Title: Enterprise Integration Architect

Duration: Contract through 9/30/2026

Location: Milwaukee, WI (3 days onsite)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Integration Architect to support large-scale, AI-driven application initiatives across the enterprise. This role will focus on documenting and standardizing existing integrations, defining scalable architecture, and enabling smooth transition of solutions to support teams.

You’ll play a critical role in expanding integrations across ERP systems, financial institutions, and external platforms while helping modernize integration approaches using AI.

What You’ll Do

• Document existing integrations, including architecture, configurations, and data flows
• Analyze current-state architecture and define scalable future-state solutions
• Standardize integration patterns across enterprise systems
• Support transition of internally built applications to operations/support teams
• Partner with internal teams to capture undocumented work and align best practices
• Enable scaling of integrations across ERPs, banks, and external vendors

Key Projects

• Freight Audit Integrations: Connecting 80+ ERP systems with vendors, managing bi-directional file exchanges and data transformations
• Supply Chain Financing: Integrations with major global banks (e.g., Chase, Citi, Bank of America) supporting financing workflows
• AI-Driven Applications: Contract intelligence, invoice-to-pay (Palantir), and other automation solutions (UiPath, AI platforms)

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in integration architecture and documentation
• Hands-on experience with file-based and API-based integrations
• Solid understanding of ERP data flows (SAP not required)
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and multi-system orchestration
• Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments (AI/automation exposure is a plus)
• Knowledge of compliance and financial data handling best practices
