Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience with Fusion Risk Management.
- Hands-on experience leading Fusion Risk Management implementations.
- Strong platform configuration, administration, and integration experience.
- Experience with Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) data migration.
- Experience validating migrated data and resolving data quality issues.
- Strong knowledge of BCM, DR, Operational Resilience, and Enterprise Risk Management.
- Experience creating SOPs, training documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Banking or Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
· Lead the completion and optimization of an existing Fusion Risk Management implementation.
· Configure, enhance, and integrate the Fusion platform with business processes and existing systems.
· Migrate legacy Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) data into Fusion using both automated migration methods and manual data entry where necessary.
· Validate migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency while identifying data quality issues and recommending remediation.
· Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions that support business continuity and operational resilience initiatives.
· Develop administrator guides, user documentation, reference materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support ongoing platform administration and governance.
· Deliver knowledge transfer sessions and training for system administrators and end users to ensure a successful transition of platform ownership.
· Provide implementation leadership and best practices throughout the engagement.
Required Qualifications
· Extensive hands-on experience with Fusion Risk Management.
· Proven experience leading Fusion Risk Management implementations from deployment through production.
· Strong experience with Fusion configuration, integration, and platform administration.
· Experience migrating and managing Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) data.
· Strong understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM), Disaster Recovery (DR), Operational Resilience, and Enterprise Risk Management.
· Experience validating migrated data and resolving data quality issues.
· Experience creating SOPs, administrator documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer documentation.
· Ability to train administrators and business users while transitioning ongoing platform ownership.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with both business and technical stakeholders.
· Banking or financial services experience is strongly preferred.
