Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Gather requirements and design process/data flows
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Define project objectives and support feasibility analysis
- Support development, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Create and document UAT strategies, plans, and test cases
- Interpret and present data lineage clearly to stakeholders
- Utilize Excel (including Pivot Tables) for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications:- 5+ years of relevant IT Business Analyst experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies
- Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with manual and/or automation testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have:- Financial services or mortgage industry experience
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $40.00 and $56.49 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
