Must have successful track record in full life-cycle recruiting. You will be instrumental in sourcing screening interviewing selecting and hiring the best available candidate using proven recruiting methods and processes. Must have strong computer and internet sourcing capabilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to discover new and passive candidates using a variety of strategies. Strong networking and relationship building skills. Must thrive in a fast paced environment. 3-5 recruiting experience.
