Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Business System Analyst

Location: Remote

Position Summary The Salesforce Business System Analyst partners with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
Configure and support Salesforce applications including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom objects.
Work closely with developers, architects, QA teams, and project managers during solution delivery.
Facilitate workshops, requirement sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Create process flows, business requirement documents (BRDs), and training materials.
Manage enhancement requests, defects, and production support activities.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and data quality standards.
Support change management, user training, and solution adoption.

Required Qualifications

Salesforce Business Analyst Certification.
3+ years of Business Analyst experience.
2+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security model, reports, and dashboards.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
Experience creating user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator Certification
Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration projects.
Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar ALM tools.
Experience in healthcare, financial services, or enterprise-scale implementations.
