Location: Cayce, SC- Hybrid

Duration: One Year Contract with possibility of extensions

Job Summary:
IRG Clients is Seeking an experienced Web/Internet Engineer to support and enhance enterprise business applications built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform within a large public-sector environment. This role focuses on designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable solutions while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, cybersecurity standards, and business continuity requirements. The consultant will also provide day-to-day operational support and serve as a subject matter expert for Dynamics and Power technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Customize Dynamics modules with C#, plugins, workflows, and JavaScript.
• Architect data models, integrations (APIs, Azure, SQL, SharePoint), and automation workflows.
• Manage ALM, deployments, environment promotion, and solution packaging.
• Support data migration, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.
• Implement role-based security, governance standards, and regulatory compliance (NIST, FISMA, HIPAA/CJIS).
• Develop dashboards, reports, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.

Required Skills:

• 5+ Years of Experience with MS Dynamics 365
• 5+ Years of Experience with Workflow design and implementation
• 5+ Years of Experience with PowerApps
• 5+ Years of Experience with MS SQL
• 5+ Years of Experience with Microsoft Active Directory/AAD
• 5+ Years of Experience with PowerShell
• 5+ Years of Experience with CSS, HTML, JavaSript, JQuery, XML, and RSS
• 5+ Years of Experience with Power BI
• 5+ Years of Experience with designing and implementing enterprise level systems architectures

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Building and Deploying Dynamic Packages
• Experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, and CJIS.
