Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans to help the organization sustain operations during outages or crisis events.
Work closely with business leaders, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align technology strategy, communicate priorities and status updates, and build a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement.

Strong knowledge of Windows infrastructure and Microsoft Windows Server administration.
Background in service desk management, including incident escalation, resolution metrics, and support delivery oversight.
Hands-on understanding of network administration, including switches, routers, firewalls, and remote connectivity solutions.
Experience supporting cybersecurity compliance initiatives and maintaining secure enterprise environments.
Familiarity with ERP platforms and other business-critical enterprise applications.
