BCForward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager (API & Integration) for an On-site opportunity in Lebanon, NJ

Role: Technical Program Manager (API & Integration)

Duration: 1+ Year

Locations: Lebanon, NJ

Anticipated Start Date: 02/23/2026

Job Type: Contract - On-Site

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of API and integration initiatives. This role requires strong experience working with MuleSoft, Java Spring Boot, and Amazon Web Services, along with the ability to manage program planning, governance, and execution across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own program planning, execution, and delivery across API and integration projects


• Run governance cadence (standups, checkpoints, steering meetings)


• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones


• Coordinate with engineering, DevOps, and application support teams


• Provide clear status and executive-level updates


• Manage vendors and third-party partners

Required Skills:

• Experience managing technical programs involving MuleSoft, RTF, Java Spring Boot, and AWS


• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and application support environments


• Experience using Jira / Azure DevOps / MS Project or similar tools


• Excellent communication and documentation skills
