Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Cost Management / Project Systems SME to support global ERP transformation initiatives, including rollout, hypercare, production stabilization, and ongoing operational support.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS), Cost Management, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), data integration, data migration, and enterprise ERP environments. Experience with Omega 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Data Lake, middleware, and large-scale global rollouts is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Rollout & Hypercare Support
-
Participate actively in UAT, deployment, hypercare, and stabilization phases.
-
Serve as an SME supporting business users during global rollout waves.
-
Provide rapid triage, root cause analysis, and resolution of critical production incidents.
-
Support deployment readiness, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
-
Assist business and technical teams throughout ERP rollout activities.
SAP & Cost Management
-
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Project Systems (PS), cost planning, budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting.
-
Support Procure-to-Pay process integration across source applications and ERP systems.
-
Ensure accurate flow of cost management data between Omega 365 and SAP environments.
-
Validate project structures, WBS elements, settlements, commitments, and cost allocations.
-
Support enterprise cost management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Integration & Data Management
-
Analyze issues across Omega 365, Compass, Azure Data Lake, middleware, SAP, and D365 environments.
-
Investigate integration failures, data inconsistencies, synchronization issues, and process exceptions.
-
Support data migration, reconciliation, validation, and data quality initiatives.
-
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
-
Analyze data and integration flows to identify root causes of business and technical issues.
Incident Management & Operational Excellence
-
Lead incident triage and severity assessment activities.
-
Coordinate with product, engineering, infrastructure, and support teams for issue resolution.
-
Track incidents through resolution and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
-
Document workarounds, known issues, and operational runbooks.
-
Identify recurring issues and recommend systemic improvements.
Training & Business Enablement
-
Support business users with training-related issues during rollout phases.
-
Act as a functional advisor to business stakeholders and deployment teams.
-
Develop strong knowledge of business processes, system capabilities, and regional rollout requirements.

Contribute to knowledge transfer and operational readiness activities.
Required Qualifications
-
Strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS).
-
Experience supporting enterprise Cost Management solutions.
-
Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
-
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environments.
-
Proven experience supporting large-scale ERP and business transformation programs.
-
Hands-on experience with data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
-
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, middleware, and enterprise architecture.
-
Experience supporting UAT, deployment, hypercare, and production support.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting Omega 365 Cost Management implementations.
-
Knowledge of Compass, Azure Data Lake, and cloud-based integration architectures.

Experience working on global ERP rollout programs spanning multiple regions.

SAP certification or PMP certification.

Experience with enterprise data integration and middleware technologies.

Experience supporting global business transformation initiatives.
