Title: SR IT PM IV - 100439

Location:Chicago, IL

type: Hybrid- mostly remote but up to 2 days a week onsite(but there are working sessions that will need to be in the office)- must be local to Chicago, IL

Contract length: 12 months- beyond initial length of contract there is a chance of extension or conversion (extension mor likely)

Pay: $68.33/hr on w2 (w2 only to covert to fte/extend)

IV process: 2 rounds

+optional benefits

Must haves:

Degree in Computer Science Business Management Business Administration or other related discipline
PM Experience in the IT industry including development work and customer interaction
Experience managing multi-million projects with 100's of resources
Strong Communication-verbal and written
ability to prepare Sr. Leadership presentations/previous stakeholder presentation experience
being able to work independently with little supervision

- Nice to have skills or certifications:

o 1. PMP

o 2. Agile Certification

Job Summary:

Maintains information technology strategies by managing staff researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.

Primary Responsibilities:

Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining delivering and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
Directs technological research by studying organization goals strategies practices and user projects. Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center.
Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented. Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
Recommends information technology strategies policies and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes identifying problems evaluating trends anticipating requirements.
Accomplishes financial objectives by forecasting requirements preparing an annual budget scheduling expenditures analyzing variances initiating corrective action.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by staying current on state-of-the-art practices. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
