Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Cincinnati suburb (Sharonville, Ohio 45241)
Duration: 12 months
Summary Description:
The IT Project Manager will report into the application services leader and manage a variety of technology projects across different functions including operations, finance, sales and marketing. This individual will be responsible for leading projects from inception to completion and may require getting hands on with client business applications.

Duties:
Work together with key business partners to gather requirements and create project plans used to successfully deliver IT projects.
Collaborate with other experts, consultants and IT team members to ensure project deliverables and technology standards are adhered.
Establish and lead the right communication mechanisms and rhythm with project teams and key stakeholders.
Engage and work with resources across the various functions to ensure requirements are met - Drive appropriate changes as needed.
Lead software testing cycles which may include writing and executing test scenarios.
Create project documentation which includes a requirements backlog, test plans and project schedules.
Follow an SDLC or software release process when leading projects (waterfall, agile, etc.)
Successfully manage the project management triple constraint (scope, schedule, cost).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree IT, Engineering, Business or a related field coupled with 5+ years of professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software, including Copilot.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
Experience working with MS Project, MS Planner, BaseCamp, Teamwork or other PM software.
Experience with TPM, RGM, ERP, planning, BI and WMS applications a plus.
