Job Description

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) finance processes to support system implementation and business transformation initiatives.

This role requires deep understanding of financial systems, CRM platforms, and billing processes, along with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.

⚠️ Note: Salesforce experience is a plus, but strong OTC finance experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes
  • Translate business requirements into technical/system requirements
  • Work on implementation and support of:
    • Sales systems
    • Customer care systems
    • Order processing & billing platforms
  • Perform business process modeling, data flows, and workflow design
  • Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business and IT
  • Support full SDLC lifecycle from requirements to deployment

Required Skills

  • Strong experience as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA)
  • Deep knowledge of:
    • Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
    • Financial systems & ERP platforms
    • Accounting concepts and terminology
  • Experience with:
    • CRM systems (customer data management, deduplication, data cleansing)
    • Sales, billing, and financial systems
  • Experience in SaaS implementations

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce.com (nice to have)
  • Consulting background
  • Experience in:
    • High-Tech or Information Services industries
    • IT project management methodologies
