Job Title: OTC(Order to Cash) Business System Analyst
Location: EST- remote
We need a BSA with an OTC Finance background and please read through the following points before screening profiles.
Experience implementing sales, customer care, order processing, and / or billing systems in the High-Tech or Information Services industries.
Experience with customer data management in CRM systems including customer data scrubbing, matching, and de-duplication.
Experience with Financial applications, ERP's, and knowledge of accounting processes, concepts, and terminology
Consulting experience or background strongly preferred
Experience with Salesforce.com a plus.
Experience in the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) on a variety of technologies and platforms.
Must be able to translate business requirements into well-formed technical and system requirements.
Experience performing cost-benefit and ROI analyses
Prior experience with CRM, sales, financial, and billing systems implementation and operations is required.
Knowledge of sales and order to cash (OTC) business processes
Experience implementation and supporting SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce.com).
Strong experience with IT project management processes and approaches.
Experience modeling business processes, data flows, and workflows.
