Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist - Email III to join our messaging platform team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Marketing Cloud Engagement, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, and Data Extension management and a proven ability to design and build scalable, data-driven customer journeys that drive measurable engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize multi-step, cross-channel journeys in Journey Builder.
- Collaborate with the C360 data team to design segments and activate audiences into Data Extensions.
- Develop and manage data workflows in Automation Studio and maintain data integrity with Contact Builder.
- Code dynamic, responsive emails using HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS within Content Builder.
- Conduct QA on peer work and participate in peer reviews to uphold best practices.
- Execute audience segmentation, scheduling, and deployments in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver timely campaign assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS with hands-on use in Marketing Cloud.
- Expertise with Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Contact Builder, and Data Extension management.
- Strong front-end skills for responsive email coding using HTML and CSS; understanding of email rendering best practices.
- Experience with segmentation design and activation into Marketing Cloud Data Extensions.
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
- 5+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with enterprise-scale implementations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with QA processes for cross-client email rendering and link validation.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and best-practice development within Marketing Cloud.
