Overview
Seeking a technical professional to deploy, configure, and support enterprise technology solutions across multiple client environments. This is a highly travel-focused role requiring strong troubleshooting and implementation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and deploy integrated technology solutions
- Support servers, workstations, networks, and connected devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Perform system testing, validation, and go-live support
- Document configurations and provide end-user guidance
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of systems, infrastructure, or network support experience
- Strong Windows, networking, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with enterprise technology deployments
- Ability to read technical documentation and work independently
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Additional Details
- Up to 85% travel required (typically Monday–Friday)
- Valid driver''s license required
