Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, excellent scripting skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.
Note: This is a developer role, not an administrator role.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Design and develop custom applications, custom logic, and platform extensions
- Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs
- Build and automate workflows using Flow Designer, Flow Actions, and Subflows
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub
- Work on new module implementations and enhancements (ITSM and other modules as needed)
- Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and performance guidelines
- Support testing, deployment, and postproduction activities
- Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and crossfunctional stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting
- Solid experience with Business Rules, customizations, and custom development
- Strong proficiency in Flow Designer and automation workflows
- Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)
- Experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules (ITSM experience preferred)
- Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, and performance
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Mandatory

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
