Application Support

Description
This role is responsible for installing, configuring, monitoring, and supporting both internally developed and COTS applications used by the department. The person will perform daily health checks, monitor alerts, troubleshoot issues, and escalate items that cannot be resolved to the appropriate teams while providing relevant troubleshooting details. They will help progress issues by gathering clarification and maintaining clear communication around status and next steps. A major objective is improving and documenting technical processes around application support so support becomes more consistent and scalable. The role also identifies opportunities for process improvement and contributes to departmental initiatives as new applications come online. This position is intended to take application configuration and support work off leadership's plate so they can focus on other operational and reporting priorities.

Willingness to learn department-specific applications and become confident supporting them is essential.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $37.00/hr.
