Now Hiring MSD Functional Consultant

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Local Candidates Only)
Employment Type: Contract W2 Only (No Third Parties)

Position Overview:

We re seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with strong experience in user workflows, data handling, and configuration. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator capable of bridging business and technical teams while ensuring successful adoption of Dynamics 365 and related digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 functional workflows and business processes.

  • Lead stakeholder engagement and alignment across business and technical teams.

  • Support user onboarding and training on enterprise or GenAI-driven platforms.

  • Coordinate testing and defect triaging through UAT and agile delivery cycles.

  • Drive change management, impact analysis, and end-user adoption strategies.

  • Collect, validate, and analyze data for tracking program metrics and outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Functional)
Expertise in configuration, workflows, and data management
Proven ability to coordinate testing and resolve issues (UAT/Agile)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Experience supporting change management and training initiatives

  • Local to Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Onsite required)
