Job Description:
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer / SDET with hands-on experience testing Amdocs applications in the telecom domain.
Required Skills:
  • 1+ year of hands-on testing experience on Amdocs platforms such as CES, CRM, Order Management, Catalog, or Billing.
  • Strong automation experience using Java, Selenium, TestNG, JMeter, and/or REST Assured.
  • Experience with CI/CD and build tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle, and Docker.
  • Experience with defect and test management tools such as JIRA, Zephyr, or ALM.
  • Good understanding of telecom business processes such as billing, charging, order management, and provisioning.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and automation testing of Amdocs applications.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Validate APIs, application workflows, and telecom business processes.
  • Work with development and QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
