Summary

We have an urgent requirement for an Enterprise Program Manager/ Transformation Program Manager

Location: Remote – Anywhere in the USA
Time Zone: Must support EST hours
Visa: Any visa except OPT/CPT (PP number required)
Experience 12+ years required

Please note this is NOT a generic PMP / Technical Project Manager role.

The client is specifically looking for candidates with strong enterprise-wide transformation and governance experience who can translate business strategy into executable delivery plans across Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, and Strategy teams.

• Lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs
• Drive governance, execution planning, and delivery coordination
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and executive communications
• Handle program budgeting, financial tracking, and risk management
• Ensure business readiness and organizational change adoption
