Role Summary
Each Project Manager will lead a core AI Activation workstream, driving execution from strategy through delivery.
Workstreams may include:
AI Adoption & Consumption
AI Skills & Enablement
Delivery Acceleration & Modernization
Key Responsibilities
Workstream Leadership & Execution
Own and lead a defined AI Activation workstream end-to-end
Translate strategy into execution plans, timelines, and deliverables
Drive day-to-day execution and ensure milestone achievement
Proactively identify and resolve blockers
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner across:
o Expert Services delivery teams
o Product & engineering
o Acceleration & Modernization
o Enablement & training teams
Drive alignment in a highly matrixed environment
AI Program Execution
Support initiatives such as:
o Now Assist & Agentic AI adoption
o AI Starter Packs AI Takeoff programs
o AI Foundry POCs
o Enablement bootcamps and certification paths
Apply AI tools to improve execution efficiency
Content Development & Executive Storytelling
Build high-quality PowerPoint presentations and executive updates
Translate complex initiatives into clear, compelling narratives
upport QBRs, executive briefings, and stakeholder communications
Metrics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Track KPIs including:
o AI adoption
o Enablement progress
o Delivery efficiency
Maintain dashboards and status reporting
Identify and scale improvements
Qualifications & Expectations
Aligned to ServiceNow Project Manager role expectations :
5 8+ years in project management, consulting, or program delivery
Strong self-starter with ability to operate with minimal direction
Excellent PowerPoint and executive communication skills
Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
Preferred: AI, SaaS, or digital transformation experience
