Description Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (Level III)
Location: Wayzata, MN (onsite)
Duration: Long-term contract (June 2026 - June 2027)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Overview:We are seeking a
Senior Business Analyst (Level III) to support enterprise-level initiatives by defining business needs and delivering high-value solutions. This role will work cross-functionally to drive process improvements, influence stakeholders, and guide complex business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate across all levels of the organization to understand business operations and identify improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and manage business and functional requirements
- Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimized solutions
- Evaluate and design solutions that align business needs with technology
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams across cross-functional and global environments
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions and workshops
- Support change management efforts and help drive organizational adoption
- Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to leadership
- Independently manage complex issues, escalating only when necessary
Requirements Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of Business Analyst experience (enterprise environment preferred)
- Strong experience with:
- Requirements elicitation & documentation
- Stakeholder management
- Process improvement / gap analysis
- Solution evaluation and design
- Experience working across cross-functional teams
- Exposure to data analysis (SQL or similar tools preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
