Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist III to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Overview:
The Sales Enablement Specialist (SES) - Global Sales Onboarding is responsible for delivering a high-impact onboarding experience that accelerates new sales consultants to productivity. This role facilitates blended learning programs (e.g., ILT, CBT, digital content) that build seller capability across the clients platform, sales methodology, and business acumen, and the client's acumen, the SES ensures new hires are effectively integrated, aligned to strategic priorities, and equipped to deliver strong customer outcomes and achieve sales goals. The role drives a consistent global onboarding experience that reinforces the client's culture and values.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Facilitation & Coaching:
* Deliver engaging onboarding through blended learning using adult learning principles
* Train and coach new hires on the client's products, tools, systems, sales motions, and industry context
* Enable sellers to clearly articulate value, handle objections, and conduct effective demos
* Partner with sales leaders and managers to reinforce learning through post-onboarding support and feedback loops

Program Delivery Excellence:
* Prepare structured sessions with clear objectives, pre-work, and relevant resources
* Set expectations, manage time effectively, and adapt delivery to audience needs
* Foster interactive learning through discussions, scenarios, and practice with feedback
* Create an inclusive, psychologically safe environment that encourages participation
* Anticipate challenges and implement contingency plans to ensure smooth delivery
* Continuously improve facilitation through feedback and self-assessment

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Core Enablement & Facilitation Skills:
* Advanced facilitation and training delivery (ILT, CBT, blended learning)
* Coaching and developing sales talent (new hires and tenured sellers)
* Adult learning principles and instructional delivery techniques
* Ability to create engaging, interactive learning environments
* Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)

Sales & Business Acumen:
* Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and customer journeys
* Ability to teach value articulation, objection handling, and demo execution
* Knowledge of SaaS/platform-based solutions and go-to-market strategies
* Business and industry acumen

Program Execution & Operational Skills:
* Program planning, organization, and time management
* Ability to design structured learning sessions with clear objectives
* Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
* Ability to manage and adapt to group dynamics in real time
* Experience supporting onboarding programs at scale

Data & Analytical Skills:
* Ability to track and analyze performance metrics (e.g., ramp, KPIs)
* Data-driven decision making for program improvement
* Measuring training effectiveness and business impact

Adaptability & Problem Solving:
* Ability to anticipate challenges and implement contingency plans
* Agility in adjusting facilitation style based on audience needs
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Collaboration & Influence:
* Ability to partner with sales leaders, managers, and cross-functional teams
* Influencing stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
