Job Title: L2/L3 Production Support

Introduction:

Hands-on L2/L3 production support, PL/SQL expertise, and demonstrated ownership of RCA and Eagle data workflows.

As an L2/L3 Production Support team member, you will play a vital role in providing deep hands-on support for critical systems such as Eagle STAR Performance and Reporting and Eagle PACE Data Management. Your expertise in PL/SQL and demonstrated ownership of root cause analysis and Eagle data workflows will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of these systems within investment or asset management firms.

Responsibilities:

Provide L2/L3 production support for Eagle STAR Performance and Reporting and Eagle PACE Data Management systems
Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, batch and job monitoring, data validation, and release support
Utilize Oracle SQL or PL SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
Understand and work with the Eagle data model
Support business users and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams
Work in onshore offshore delivery models

Requirements:

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience in Eagle STAR Performance and Reporting and Eagle PACE Data Management
Expertise in PL/SQL
Demonstrated ownership of root cause analysis and Eagle data workflows
Experience in incident management, batch and job monitoring, data validation, and release support
Proficiency in Oracle SQL or PL SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
Knowledge of the Eagle data model

Preferred Skills:

Domain exposure to security master, pricing, corporate actions, portfolio transactions, and performance measurement
Experience with FactSet, Eagle Accounting, or performance attribution environments
Experience working with time weighted return calculations
