Summary

Lead the setup, implementation, and overall management of the Ohio DCY Salesforce program, including project planning, roadmap development, and governance.
Manage multiple projects, vendors, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables to ensure on-time, quality delivery.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, leadership, and SMEs to gather requirements and improve business processes through workflow automation.
Oversee Salesforce operations, system integrations, change management, user training, performance reporting, and KPI tracking (non-coding role).
Mandatory: Bachelor s degree or equivalent, 7+ years of IT project management, 5+ years of business process analysis, 3+ years of workflow automation, and 3+ years of Salesforce experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Visio, is required.
