Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to support enterprise-scale Salesforce initiatives within a leading utilities organization. This role requires deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Experience Cloud, and system integrations to build scalable, high-performance applications for a large user base.

The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end SDLC experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex)
  • Build dynamic UI components using Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Develop and enhance Experience Cloud (Community) portals
  • Translate business requirements into technical design and implement end-to-end solutions
  • Configure automation using Flows, Process Builder, and validation rules
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems via:
    • REST / SOAP APIs
    • Middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft)
  • Optimize performance considering governor limits and large data volumes
  • Work with standard and custom objects (Accounts, Contacts, Cases, etc.)
  • Perform data migration and data management using Data Loader and APIs
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
  • Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and code reviews
  • Manage deployments using CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Gearset)
  • Provide L2/L3 production support and troubleshoot complex issues

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8 10 years of Salesforce development experience
  • Strong hands-on expertise in:
    • Apex (Classes, Triggers, Test Classes)
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Visualforce (legacy support)
  • Experience with:
    • Experience Cloud / Community Cloud
    • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • SOQL, SOSL, Governor Limits
    • Data modeling and security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Gearset)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Exposure to OmniStudio / Vlocity (FlexCards, OmniScripts)
  • Experience with Salesforce AI / Agentforce capabilities
  • Experience building large-scale, high-volume platforms
  • Knowledge of UI/UX implementation (Figma to LWC)

Certifications (Nice to Have)

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce AI Associate / Agentforce Specialist
