Description Our client in Peridot, Arizona is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with hands-on experience in Meditech electronic medical records (EMR). The ideal candidate will deliver high-impact EMR solutions that align with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a Meditech EMR subject matter expert, supporting system integrations, upgrades, and optimization projects.
- Analyze user requirements, workflows, and system specifications to deliver scalable Meditech EMR solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders including clinicians, IT, and leadership to understand needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of Meditech EMR modules.
- Document system processes, develop training materials, and deliver end-user training.
- Provide ongoing support and resolve Meditech EMR issues, ensuring system reliability and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives for EMR systems.
Requirements Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience working with Meditech EMR (implementation, support, or optimization).
- Proven ability to analyze complex healthcare workflows and translate into system requirements.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulatory standards and EMR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
