JOB SUMMARY Quality Assurance Tester provides advanced software quality assurance and automation testing support by designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions. Ensures software applications meet quality standards, functional requirements, and performance benchmarks while collaborating with product and development teams. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for software applications Perform functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing Work extensively with Selenium WebDriver and automation frameworks Manage software configuration including version control, change control, and build processes Conduct testing for web services using XML, WSDL, and SOAPUI Perform usability, load, and performance testing across browsers, devices, and operating systems Collaborate with developers and product teams for bug tracking, resolution, and code reviews Ensure compliance with QA standards, tools, and best practices Test applications hosted on platforms like Apache Tomcat and IBM WebSphere Validate secure implementations including SSL and encryption methodologies Analyze test results and provide detailed reports and recommendations Participate in test planning, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical experience Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Selenide, Appium, Cypress, or QTP/UFT Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and frameworks Experience in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, Ruby, or similar Experience with software configuration management and version control Knowledge of web technologies, web services, and testing tools like SOAPUI Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working in enterprise IT environments and software product teams Expertise in tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Maven, Eclipse IDE, SourceTree, TestNG, Saucelabs, MuleSoft, or Automation Anywhere Experience with enterprise applications such as SAP, Java/.NET web portals, Adobe AEM, WordPress, or IBM Content Services Familiarity with development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or RUP Strong technical writing, multitasking, and customer communication skills Ability to independently manage projects and provide innovative solutions Education: Bachelors Degree
