Join an industry-leading technology team driving enterprise HR transformations through modern cloud platforms. As a Workday Talent & Recruiting Lead, you will act as the primary functional expert designing, building, and configuring high-impact Workday solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver optimized talent acquisition and talent management application ecosystems.

responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for the functional architecture, build, and configuration of Workday Recruiting and Talent Management modules.
- Translate HR business processes and recruitment workflows into effective system configurations.
- Partner with technical teams to lead testing, deployment, and ongoing system integration updates.
- Optimize system capabilities, ensuring data integrity and aligned user experience across talent modules.
qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience in Workday Recruiting.
5+ years of functional design and implementation experience in Workday Talent Management.
Strong consulting capabilities with a track record of leading Workday application enhancements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Active or prior Workday Certifications in Recruiting, Talent, or Core HCM.
Practical knowledge of broader Workday HCM Core functionalities.
Prior experience working within a Workday partner ecosystem.
