Senior Change Management Strategist - GenAI Leadership & Enterprise Integration for a

Regulatory clients in
Rockville, MD. The Senior Change Management Strategist
- GenAI Leadership & Enterprise Integration is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management and strategic communications strategies to drive organizational adoption of GenAI across leadership and enterprise audiences. This role takes a holistic view of all GenAI fluency initiatives, aligning leadership development, data management and governance, and enterprise-wide learning curricula. The strategist will work closely with the Change Management Office and the Technical L&D Program Manager and Instructional Designers to ensure cohesive, hearts-and-minds messaging that accelerates adoption and cultural shift across the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and communications roadmaps for GenAI leadership curriculum and enterprise learning pathways, ensuring alignment across four critical audiences (Executives & Leaders, Enterprise Staff, Domain- & Role-Specific Staff, Technical & Analytical Staff)
- Design communications campaigns that shift organizational mindsets, build confidence, and drive adoption of GenAI tools and practices across all leadership levels
- Create messaging frameworks that translate complex GenAI concepts into business value for diverse audiences (executives, managers, individual contributors)
- Serve as strategic lead coordinating GenAI fluency work across all focus areas: Leadership Development, Enterprise Fluency, Domain-Specific Expertise, and Technical/Analytics Capabilities
- Partner with FINRA vendors and internal stakeholders to develop leadership change strategies specific to L50+ executives and L49 people leaders
- Design pre-program, in-program, and post-program communications and engagement activities that maximize leadership buy-in and behavioral change
- Identify, mobilize, and support change champions across business units and functions; develop toolkits and talking points for leaders to drive adoption within their teams
- Collaborate with Technical L&D Program Manager and ISDs to ensure learning content reinforces strategic change messaging
- Track adoption metrics, sentiment, and change readiness across target audiences; adjust strategies based on feedback and organizational dynamics
- Manage change network activation and monitor change readiness to mitigate adoption barriers
Required Skills :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or strategic communications roles
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing large-scale organizational change initiatives, particularly technology or process transformations
- Experience developing change strategies for emerging technology adoption (AI, machine learning, automation) is preferred
- Excellent skills in developing change narratives, messaging frameworks, and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills; exceptional written and oral communication abilities
- Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results in changing environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt strategies based on feedback and organizational dynamics
