Project Coordinator

• The Project Coordinator will manage physical security projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational standards.
• The role involves coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and supporting design, installation, and commissioning processes.
• The position requires collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
• The coordinator will also support governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within security project delivery.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Bachelor s or Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in physical security, security technology, or infrastructure project management.
• Experience managing multi-site or regional security projects.
• Experience with enterprise security platforms and systems integration.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project documentation tools.

Experience:

• Experience managing end-to-end project delivery including design, installation, and commissioning.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Experience in budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Review and intake physical security project assessments.
• Manage end-to-end project workflows including mobilization, design, installation, and handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare technical inputs and programming documentation.
• Track project progress, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for project execution.
• Identify risks, delays, and escalate issues with mitigation plans.
• Track materials, vendor deliverables, and installation activities.
• Support budget planning, tracking, and variance reporting.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
• Maintain project documentation and continuous improvement processes.

Should Have:

• Knowledge of access control, video management, and integrated security systems.
• Experience with platforms such as C-Cure, Avigilon, or intrusion detection systems.
• Ability to assess scalability and long-term impact of security solutions.
