Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade HR Service Delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HRSD and Workplace Service Delivery modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture and implementation of HRSD and Workplace Service Delivery solutions
Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned with business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to build roadmap and strategy
Oversee customization and configuration ensuring scalability
Design integrations with systems like LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and APIs
Ensure best practices in development and deployment

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of ServiceNow experience
Strong experience in HRSD and WSD modules
Expertise in solution architecture and platform design
Experience in enterprise integrations
Strong stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
