Salary Range: $69,000 - $106,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Mattawan seeking Test Engineers who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for manufacturing processes and products.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for production lines.
• Analyze test data and generate reports to identify product defects and process inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to implement corrective actions and improve product quality.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues found during testing, working closely with engineers and technicians.
• Validate new equipment, software, and process changes to ensure compliance and performance.
• Document test procedures, results, and recommendations for future reference and continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
• Proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts using Python, C#, or similar languages.
• Experience with test equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with data acquisition systems and statistical analysis for process improvement.
