Stefanini Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Conferencing and Collaboration Engineer to support, evolve, and optimize our client"s global communication and collaboration environment. This role plays a key part in enabling seamless, reliable collaboration across the organization by serving as a technical expert in modern conferencing and collaboration technologies.
The engineer will take ownership of core collaboration platforms, ensure operational excellence, and proactively evaluate new capabilities that enhance user experience and business productivity, partnering closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and leadership to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Manage and optimize collaboration platforms, including Zoom and Microsoft Teams/Office 365.
Ensure the security and reliability of all collaboration infrastructure and applications.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for conferencing services to ensure optimal performance.

Manage hardware and installation vendors for new conference room setups and upgrades.
Collaborate with various IT teams and stakeholders to integrate new solutions and address technical challenges.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
