Job Overview: The IT Project Manager IV will be responsible for maintaining information technology strategies by managing staff, researching, and implementing technological strategic solutions. This role requires the ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects with over 100 resources, excellent communication skills for preparing senior leadership presentations, and the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities: - Define, deliver, and support strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Conduct technological research aligned with organizational goals, strategies, and practices.
- Coordinate resources and timetables with user departments and data centers to complete projects.
- Verify application results through system audits of implemented technologies.
- Implement disaster recovery, back-up procedures, and information security controls to preserve assets.
- Evaluate organizational outcomes, identify problems, and anticipate requirements to recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Forecast requirements, prepare annual budgets, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions to accomplish financial objectives.
- Establish and enforce organizational standards to maintain quality service.
- Stay current on state-of-the-art practices to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications: - Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in the IT industry, including development work and customer interaction.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- Agile Certification is a plus.
- Ability to manage multi-million-dollar projects with over 100 resources.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations for senior leadership.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay Range: $75- $80
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
