Description
We are looking for an experienced Instructor/Trainer to lead engaging and practical sessions on Microsoft Copilot in San Juan Capistrano, California. In this long-term contract role, you will empower users by simplifying AI tools and enhancing their productivity through hands-on training tailored to real-world applications. Your efforts will help teams build confidence and integrate Copilot into their daily workflows.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate small-group training sessions focused on effectively using Microsoft Copilot in business settings.
Develop and showcase practical Copilot prompts that align with specific team tasks to boost efficiency and productivity.
Guide participants through the fundamentals of Copilot, including its integration with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Teams.
Conduct follow-up Q& A sessions to address user challenges and reinforce training outcomes.
Encourage consistent usage and habit-building to enhance confidence with AI tools.
Provide simple, actionable best practices and workflows to improve team performance.
Translate complex AI concepts into accessible, easy-to-understand applications for non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with teams to customize training content based on their unique needs and workflows.
Promote adoption of AI tools by demonstrating their tangible benefits in everyday tasks.
Share insights and feedback from sessions to refine training strategies and improve user engagement.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering training sessions in a detail-oriented environment.
Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot in business environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Expertise in developing practical use cases for AI tools to support productivity.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Teams, and Outlook.
Ability to encourage user adoption and build confidence in leveraging AI technologies.
Experience with change management or user adoption strategies is a plus.
Background in training executives and end users is highly desirable.
