Role Summary
The Instructional Designer designs, develops, and delivers high impact learning solutions that support organizational goals and compliance requirements. This role plays a meaningful part in helping teams perform at their best by translating business needs into clear, engaging learning experiences. You will work closely with learning consultants, subject matter experts, and business partners across the organization.

In this role, you will apply adult learning theory and instructional design practices to create scalable programs across digital, virtual, and instructor led formats. Your work will directly influence learning effectiveness, knowledge retention, and measurable performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct training needs analysis in partnership with learning consultants, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders
• Design scalable learning solutions using instructional design frameworks such as ADDIE or SAM
• Develop interactive e learning modules, including complex branching scenarios that reflect real world decision making
• Incorporate engagement techniques such as scenario based challenges and gamified elements
• Design instructor led and virtual training materials, including facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and assessments
• Ensure learning assets are compatible with the learning management system and meet technical standards
• Develop assessment strategies and evaluation metrics to measure learning effectiveness
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting defined timelines and quality standards

Key Requirements
• 3 to 7 or more years of instructional design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, organizational development, human resources, or a related field
• Experience designing learning solutions within financial services, banking, insurance, fintech, or other regulated environments
• Strong expertise with e learning authoring tools and digital learning development
• Solid understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Experience working with a learning management system, Workday LMS preferred
• Excellent written communication skills and strong project management capability
• Ability to collaborate effectively, adapt to change, and manage competing priorities
